Responsible for architecture and operations of Microsoft products--including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Exchange Online, Purview, and Copilot--in a global financial services company. Also responsible for Proofpoint Enterprise, Okta, Agari, and Druva InSync.

I was responsible for the design, configuration, and support of IT Systems at EUA. Responsible for servers, storage, and networking in a multi-site company that focuses on creating innovative building and spaces. I was responsible for the integration of Office 365 into daily life through Exchange Online, Skype for Business, OneDrive, and other Microsoft application. I was also responsible for the hardware and software life cycle of the company. I was responsible for the Nutanix-based HCI infrastructure with VMware, Panzura distributed file storage, and Disaster Recovery in AWS.

I was responsible for Network and Desktop Architecture in a software development company. Responsible for multiple VMware hosts, server operations, user support, network design, setup, and configuration. I was responsible for Microsoft Exchange, Veeam Backups, SQL maintenance, and initial design of the company's cloud infrastructure. Additionally, assisted with software implementation planning for both small and large-scale deployments of the company's ERP software.

I supported users across thirteen buildings, including campus dormitories and staff. I worked to ensure network access for numerous user-owned systems, both Windows and Mac, as well as campus-owned equipment. I spent much of my time removing spyware and viruses encountered on resident or campus-owned workstations, as well as resolving issues over the phone. I also helped in the deployment of Cisco VOIP phones and new workstations.

I helped to support workstations and software in a corporate environment of over 1000 users. I also helped in the testing of various software configurations including hardware and software encryption, Windows 7, and SSD Drives. Helped in projects to optimize computer boot times and printer optimization, in order to create cost reductions in the enterprise.

I provided technical support for Windows and Mac workstations, printers, and certain networking problems. I helped to wire and install VOIP phones to twelve buildings within the district. I worked in a team to accomplish various tasks such as software and hardware builds, system maintenance, software deployment, writing deployment scripts, and testing of various computer configurations.
