I played a key role creating the physical production arm within Global Marketing Operations. This included creating a process for project intake and kick-offs, leading creative development on each project, sourcing and hiring crew, supervising all pre-production, production and post-production through delivery, creating and supervising wrap-out procedures, instilling an internal invoice processing system, and continually creating and improving internal communication and work streams. I managed a team of producers and creatives and scaled up as needed for each production. Our team created content for broadcast, social, print, and experiential activations in support of tent pole shows, comedy specials and everything in between. I played a key role in establishing and growing the festival in its first 4 years. I wore many hats working to acquire sponsorships, curate films, design and execute screenings and events, secure venues, design marketing strategies, and help run a successful festival. We grew the festival exponentially over the course of the 4 years I was there and it was one of the most rewarding experiences I had the pleasure of bing a part of.

I acted as a Festival Director responsible for curating and programming a variety of short and feature film programs , developing and executing festival gala events, hiring and managing of all festival talent for gala events, executive producing all festival trailers, locating and securing sponsorship dollars, and participating in press interviews for both radio and television.

Fearless Filmmakers Events were designed to promote local and regional filmmakers by providing actual “theatrical” screenings followed by memorable after-parties. Fearless Filmmakers created a platform for filmmakers to exhibit their works in the best possible light and follow up with opportunities to network among their peers and the working professionals in attendance. It was the goal of Fearless Filmmakers to bring the film community together, while entertaining and educating the public.
