I find fulfillment in building and retaining world class accounting teams and developing high potential talent. As a leader, I’m proud of having success both at helping stable teams on their journey from good to great as well as helping transform teams that were undergoing disruptive change. I’m most proud of seeing talent develop and have a track record of developing direct reports that have ascended to my role. My approach to leadership is to come from a place of sincerity to build trust, while maintaining mutual respect by empowering high performing talent and, equally as important, by being decisive about the tough decisions when change is required. I strive to strategically draw on three effective leadership styles that feel natural to me and apply them in a deliberate way that is specific to where my team currently is in its journey.
