Boasting one of the industries richest and thorough resumes in the golf industry Bobby Perez’ (Vince) career spans 3 1/2 decades as a hired administrator and owner of golf clubs.Even prior to the completion of his formal education in golf club management and business administration Bobby had already successfully captured the title of the nation's youngest Class A golf course superintendent by the age of 20.Bobby, while serving out his internship at Augusta National Golf Club developed a personal and professional relationship with Mr. Arnold Palmer. Mr. Palmer impressed with Bobby's experience in managing cool season turf in the southern climate brought Bobby to Orlando Florida to manage Isleworth Golf and Country Club.The divestiture of Isleworth from Mr. Palmer's portfolio of clubs in 1994 led to an opportunity to work for ClubCorp, the world's leader in private club experience.During his time with ClubCorp Bobby earned his certified club manager accreditation and groomed his multi-club level management skills as Regional Vice President. His special assignments included development and implementation of membership programming and national reciprocal privilege membership upgrades of ClubCorp’s 200 plus private clubs.Realizing the tremendous potential in utilizing reciprocal club privileges as a member retention tool Bobby started his own reciprocal network of private clubs in 2004 which he later sold to a large golf management company.Based in Orlando, Perez acts as a court-appointed receiver and provides restructuring, financial advisory, crisis management, and expert witness services to companies in the private club industry. His firm specializes in acquiring, formulating and implementing reorganization and exit strategies of distressed private club properties.
