-Configuration, maintenance, support and monitoring of Department of Defense (DoD) systems per DoD protocol, policy, and established guidelines for the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) within a fast-paced, high pressure, SLA driven enterprise environment while utilizing a Secret Level Security Clearance-Administration of e-mail (Outlook), Microsoft Office, account and systems within Active Directory, ATCTS and CA Service Desk, account compliance for security awareness training for ARNET users within USARC policy-System administration, monitoring, and management of Bitlocker, Cisco AnyConnect VPN, Common Access Card (CAC), certificate and key, SharePoint, VOIP, telecom, email encryption, enabling user and machine accounts, prestaging and reimaging computers, ticketing system, knowledge base management and refinement-Creation, presentation, communication of IT security concepts and business value to varying levels of technical audiences using a strong and in depth knowledge of Lockheed Martin’s Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&K matrix, ITIL principles and proficient customer service, multi tasking, organizational, technical skills-Provided exceptional and efficient support 1.1M USARC members including high ranking VIP military personnel-Troubleshoot software, hardware, security, network and connectivity incidents and events in a 24/7 operational service desk and web ticket system using extensive knowledge in areas of TCP/IP and networking protocols, server adminitration, enterprise networking and associated security tools (firewalls, Antivirus, HIDS, IDS/IPS, proxy, WAF, AWS cloud, DHCP, DNS, LAN) while exceeding SLA expectations
