I am a Project and Operations Manager for Alan Ritchey, Inc. with significant experience in the transportation and logistics industries. I manage the daily operations of our contracts with the United States Postal Service, as well as implementing and maintaining projects from contract start-up and operations to software and hardware implementation. With a solid technological background, I have worked with IT in providing support to our employees on software and hardware issues and provide necessary training. I have a strong analytical background dealing with large amounts of data while looking for trends and anomalies and have demonstrated an ability to work independently in high stress and time sensitive environments.Over the years as a Project Manger I developed the skills necessary to successfully maintain a project from initiation to completion under the constraints of time and budget. I develop proposal and operational requirements/costs on new solicitations or changes to our existing contracts. I create analytical reports to monitor usage, equipment downtime, and driver performance which allow us to operate as efficiently as possible.
