Real Estate is like a giant jigsaw puzzle...very stimulating, With the rules changing often in the Real Estate and Banking industries. Education is another attribute. My Husband John, graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. In 1974, he had a great opportunity to open his own chain of retail costume jewelry stores in Southern California, Earringtree Inc., which operated from 1974 to 1988. We then moved to Hawaii to raise our two girls. I trained and worked for the top Real Estate brokerage in the Islands, earning "Top Lister" and "Top Producer" for over eight years. My mentors stressed education...'Knowledge is Power'. I have earned my GRI (Graduated Realtor Institute degree), CRS (Certified Residential Specialists degree) in 1993 - which fewer than 4% of ALL Real Estate licensees Nationally have received, and I am an Associate Broker. We became 'Zonies' in 1995 and I have continued my passion as a Realtor, in the Valley of the Sun. The major keys to our success have been our strong & wonderful friends and family support, professional ethics, knowledge in Residential Real Estate Market and my affiliation with the HomeSmart Elite Group!
