Continuously honing my adaptability skills by stepping out of my comfort zone to grow and develop as a Corporate Secretary. Since my current role, I have undertaken the following responsibilities and acquired the following skills:1. Ensuring that the Company complies with regulatory requirements set by authorities such as the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), including: changes in ownership exceeding 5%, material transactions, information disclosure, corporate website management, monthly shareholder register reports, and more.2. Conducting General Shareholders' Meetings in accordance with POJK No. 15 of 2020.3. Assisting the Corporate Secretary in preparing Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports based on POJK and GRI standards.4. Supporting various internal company projects such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), annual budgeting, and other initiatives.5. Assisting the Corporate Secretary in organizing monthly meetings of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners.

Nodeflux has brought me a myriad of new experiences. working as a legal in the technology industry requires me to adapt quickly and understand what needs to be looked into from a legal perspective. I have been involved in :- several corporate actions such as Purchase and Sale of Company Assets, investment and acquisition of company shares, - Providing accurate and timely advice to executives on various legal topics, - Managing the day-to-day licensing and legality of the company, this includes engaging with government or other entities.

Greeneration Foundation is a place where i grew up as a professional, learned the functions of Human Capital & General Affairs this include: - Being PIC in several internal events such as town hall meeting and capacity building, - Ensuring office operational facilities are running well, - Conducting procurement for project needs, provides legal opinion on various legal topics, and- Managing organizational permits in carrying out their activities such as Individual Fundraising Permit from the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

My responsibilities at Pos Bantuan Hukum PN Bandung :-Helping advocate to provide legal aid, assisting advocate to help our client while being process in Police Office / District Attorney Office, -Creating Power Of Attorney Letter, Defense Notes Letter, and Correspondence Letter for Police Office and district attorney Office, -Assisting advocate in court writing witness testimony.
