I manage day to day activities and insure a positive customer experience through merchandising, CRM, In-Store Marketing. Building relationships with contractors, sales reps and customers is also a big part of what I do at the store.I also manage a team of sales associates as well as independent salesman, encouraging and aiding them in anyway they need.
