Realizing that the challenges and goals of a business differ from those of an owner, I adopted a new analytics based sales approach to create sales packages based on each PM’s specific goals and needs. I soon moved up to an Account Manager handling medium to large property managers with 50-500+ properties in their inventory. In this role, I established relationships with both new and existing customers. By demonstrating a strong ROI, I helped my customers grow their businesses and consulted with them to ensure that they remained on the leading edge of an ever changing market.In 2014 I made one more jump to a newly created role – Key Account Manager. I was now dealing with our largest and most important clients, most with 1,000+ properties in their inventory and $1M+/yr spend. Working closely with upper management and business development, we established lasting relationships with the largest PMs in the industry. I led my team in sales, used knowledge gained to help others on my team, and continued to push for new innovation to ensure future success.
