- Spearhead new business development, including qualifying and contacting potential leads - Create custom RFPs tailored to specific projects and potential clients - Oversee staff training on business development best practices, including creating guidelines - Have generated over $5 million of new business for M2W- National promotions/project manager for M2W client initiatives which include experiential marketing, guerilla marketing, sponsorships, product sampling, point-of-sale compliance, online sweepstakes and register-to-win contests- Facilitate graphics for various print items β flyers, posters, banners, post cards, direct mail - Drive consumer interaction, involvement and connection before, during and post events, resulting in product purchases and brand loyalty - Forecast and manage budgets for projects ranging from $5,000 to $200,000 - Analyze and present quantitative data from events and campaigns via detailed recap reports- Manage ongoing HR responsibilities with internal sales team and independent contractors - Screen, develop and manage a database of over 12,000 contractors nationwide - Provide feedback and direction to guide career development of M2W staff and contractors- Clients include: Anheuser-Busch Hi-Ball, 7-Eleven, Macyβs, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, 7-Eleven, Ferrara Pan, MoneyGram International, Blue Chip Marketing, Blue Diamond Growers, Bazi Energy Drink, Sour Jacks and Fruit Snacks brands, PayByPhone, Jet Capital- Client Partnerships include: T-Mobile Pride March, Macyβs Soleful Beauty, Texas Motor Speedway, Chicago Air and Water Show, Dallas White Rock Marathon, ESPN X Games, Texas Rangers, DISD Back to School, Chicago Cubs, NCAA Football and Basketball, MoneyGram-Dallas Public Library - Maintain CRM platform (Salesforce) to record client interactions and schedule follow-up actions- Regular business travel and ability to adapt to changing work/event schedules
