- Manage effective communication and relationship with leaders in the respective directorates. - Manage the end-to-end human capital processes and act as business consultant of human capital matters for the respective directorates. - Review and maintain the organization design for respective directorates to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Actively manage the talent acquisition process as well as internal employee movement for respective directorates (career path, succession, promotion, etc.) - Facilitate the performance planning and appraisal for respective directorates. - Actively involved in managing human capital projects and collaborate with other HC functions to ensure the quality outcomes. - Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people management for respective directorates. - Responsible for understanding and implementing the requirements of the occupational safety, health management system, and environmental management system in accordance with their respective duties and functions.
