Bobby Srinivasan was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mobileum. Mobileum was acquired by HIG capital in March 2022. Prior to that Mobileum was acquired by Audax private equity in November of 2016. Bobby was instrumental in transforming the company from a startup into a global leader in providing analytics solutions to CSP's, with expressions in roaming&network services, testing, risk management and security. All targeted in helping the CSP's in their digital transformation Since the Audax acquisition, Mobileum acquired six companies; Evolved intelligence, WeDo Technologies, SIGOS GmbH, Niometrics, Developing Solutions and Convene. Under his leadership, the company received several industry recognitions. Mobileum has been awarded the 2018 and 2020 Leading Innovator award by Rocco. Roamware was named a Top 50 Startup in the 2011 Tie50 Awards. Earlier recognitions include the Frost & Sullivan Technology Innovation Award, Deloitte Technology Fast 50 and Deloitte Technology Fast 500 in 2006. In 2007, Roamware won the Red Herring 100 Most Promising Private North American Technology Companies in 2007. Roamware also won the Deloitte’s 2007 Wireless Fast 50. Bobby Srinivasan was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year, 2010 Award Finalist for Northern California. In 2020, Rocco 100 named him as one of the most influential people in Roaming and Interconnect. During his tenure, the company filed over 300 patents and was granted over 80. His earlier assignments with the company (known earlier as Roamware) include Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President - Global Sales. Prior to Roamware, Bobby served as Vice President - Sales and Business Development for SoftPlus (acquired by US Interactive in February 2000 for $358 million), where he was responsible for developing the worldwide field operations. Before SoftPlus, he was Vice President - International Operations of Objectivity, Inc. and was responsible for all aspects of its international business activities. Prior to Objectivity, Inc., Bobby held management positions with Hewlett-Packard/Apollo Computers. Additionally, he also worked as a consultant at the World Bank and at Shearson-Lehman Brothers. Bobby earned his Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University, India. He loves Cricket, Golf and the F1 Motorsport.
