The goal was to make this location not just a place to workout, but a destination point for people to visit when they are in Charlotte Uptown.The main source of communication with customers now is social media. Typically Gold's Gym is seen as a muscle head place, but through the staff focus and vision, we have created it a place for all people to work out and be comfortable at.
