Bobby Stotler was born in Miami and into the boating life, enjoying family trips and cruises from Biscayne Bay to the Florida Keys from a very young age. By his early teens he moved to Fort Lauderdale, living at the end of the New River. His start in the boat business was renting Jet Skis and small boats on Fort Lauderdale beach as a teen. From there it was off to Europe, the Atlantic seaboard, Bahamas, Caribbean, and the Great Lakes as a deckhand, first officer, and then captain of both private and charter yachts. A two year position as VP of Cigarette Racing in Miami solidified his expertise and expanded his connections, providing the launch into a successful brokerage career in 2000.
