Researching new vendors, and strategically sourcing materials to minimize "footprint". Additional responsibilities included price negotiations and invoice management. Purchasing process evaluation and improvement, identifying inefficiencies and implementing/proposing changes.

Lead environmental and sustainability efforts for Mirimichi in their transition from a municipal golf course to a championship, Audubon International Classic Sanctuary certified golf course, the first of its kind in the Western Hemisphere. In cooperation with Audubon International and Greenwich Golf Group, supervised the certification program from the re-development and construction phases to the operations and maintenance of the golf course. The golf course was transformed into a habitat where golfers and wildlife could co-exist.Coordinated the education & outreach efforts for Mirimichi Golf Course where I provided eco-tours and eco-presentations regarding initiatives and best management practices; help build the community and social groups through education, including the rotary club and other service groups, schools, businesses, garden clubs, and other hobby/interest groups. Developed the Sustainability Program at Mirimichi Golf Course, in cooperation with Audubon Environmental, including sustainability training for all employees. This included the implementation of a recycling program and the use and sales of environmentally friendly products and services.

Traveling the southwestern States competing on mini-tours and in qualifying tournaments. Took lessons from the Butch Harmon School of Golf during my education at UNLV and this period of time.
