Led the design and product management from concept to finished product for Disney Properties ranging from 60-120 items per year and $150-$300 million in sales. Brands included the Avengers, GOTG, Black Panther and Spider-man.• Collaborated with engineering and U.S. and Hong Kong vendors on development processes and costs. Utilized knowledge of mold breakdowns, deco reductions and production methods to ensure product costs were on target.• Assisted in the development of two new wildly-successful Marvel Collector segments. An item from one segment quadrupled sales in the first four months at retail and grossed in the top 5 globally for Hasbro since its unveiling.• Achieved the most prestigious award in the toy industry for an item selected as “Toy of the Year in 2018”. First time in 15 years that the Boys Design & Development won. Also nominated as a finalist for Toy of the Year 2019.
