Within a year, he brought the agency to the 4th position in the country's creativity ranking for the first time and turned it into one of Bates Worldwide three most creative agencies.With only 30 years, Bobby consolidated the company as one of the 3 most creative agencies in the local market and was appointed "Member" of Bates Worldwide Creative Council and Chief Creative Officer Bates Latin America, becoming one of the first professionals from Argentina to occupy Management positions in world networks.After leaving Bates Latin America, he joined Leo Burnett Argentina, tempted by the challenge of turning a modest office into one of the most creative agencies in the country and the network. In barely two years, the agency won more than 40 awards for creativity, jumping from the 16th to the 6th position in the local award ranking, and increasing by 50% the local client rooster.Nowdays Bobby is involved in a brand new proyect delivering new business to brands, aimed to increase company profits.
