This work kept entire call center from being down if one Citrix Server failed.Upgraded Exchange Server 5.5 to Exchange Server 2003 and implemented Outlook Web Access so email could be accessed via a web browser when employees were traveling or at home.Installed Exchange Server 5.5, replacing a ten-year-old UNIX mail system. This was achieved by moving mail from the Unix system via a Pop connection in Outlook to the Exchange 5.5 Created Domain Trust relationship with sister company DSI in order to ensure network and AD resources were available to users within both companies across the WAN.
