Facilitated and managed a realistic and challenging training program ensuring that all assigned aircrew members were always ready for their wartime mission. Responsible for the training and evaluation of 10 constantly changing air assault aircrews on the tactical employment of the UH-60 helicopter. Developed an aircrew training program focused on sling load, over water, high altitude and para-drop operations

Fort Belvoir, Virginia, United States

Coordinated for the safe operation and maintenance of four UH-60 helicopters, as well as organizational and DA equipment with a total value over $45 million. Provided training, readiness, safety, welfare and morale of seven officers and ten enlisted Soldiers and NCOs. Performed as Standardization Pilot, Instrument Evaluator, Pilot in Command, Air Mission Commander, and Mission Briefing Officer duties for the UH-60 aircraft.

Katterbach, Germany

Managed and oversaw the training of 56 crewmembers annually in UH-60 air assault operations. Mentored 29 pilots to become pilot in command and ensured 23 of them were selected to advanced training and tracking opportunities. Planned and executed the deployment, training and redeployment of 56 aircrew members and 8 helicopters into Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
