 > Ensure proper administration and technical management for the construction of a 5-story Type 1 concrete building with shotcrete walls, post-tensioned concrete floors and a single-story below-grade parking structure with a market value of $75M > Utilize P6 Master Schedule for weekly look-ahead schedules and status updates in stakeholder meetings; monitor schedule risks due to weather and subcontractor performance; create what-if scenarios and determine alternatives to mitigate any negative impact and meet stakeholder expectations > Implement and manage Project Safety Program; review potential hazards, conduct safety orientation meetings, monitor and document “safe practices” on the project, following OSHA regulations > Organize and assist in managing the Quality Program, developed relationships with engineers, third-party inspectors, City and Fire officials; proposed and negotiated alternative final building inspections due to the Covid-19 pandemic

> Leveraged a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) budget for this 16-month project; responsible for subcontractor scope analysis and buyout; the project included 143 hotel rooms and 98 suites with a contract value of $35M> Created significant trade Statements of Work (SOWs) to use in the subcontractor process; conducted buyout interviews, finalized scope sheets and presented sub-selection recommendations to owners> Worked with a third-party scheduling consultant to create the baseline master schedule and monitored weekly progress; provided updates to project stakeholders and held bi-weekly meetings to review and update schedule; completed the project on schedule without a single “lost time” injury

> Completed 400-room dual-branded hotel including 253 suites and 147 hotel rooms, 27,000 square foot restaurant and retail space; total contract $85M

> Supervised the construction of a 115,380 square foot rotary aircraft maintenance depot consisting of aircraft rework shops, plant services for aircraft overhaul with a total contract value of $54.7M> Additional oversight covered maintenance aircraft storage space including maintenance shops, administration offices, parts storage spaces, break room, restrooms, showers, and locker rooms

> Constructed a three-bay maintenance hangar with a concrete foundation, concrete first and second floors, interior partitions, steel roof deck, masonry walls, and a pile foundation.
