Bob is a partner in the Philadelphia office of PwC. Bob has been providing business process and information technology services to clients for more than 30 years. He brings an extensive experience in dealing with multinational clients with complex business processes, organizations and enterprise application solutions such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc... with a focus on automation, analytics and emerging, disruptive technologies. He leads our go to market strategy for our US Digital Risk Solutions team and runs our US Salesforce Security and Controls team. As part of our global network, Bob is leading PwC's Cloud Transformation Risk & Controls team and the firm's efforts in cloud and IT transformations.He worked on a number of large ERP business transformation projects with a concentration on transformation strategy, requirements and business case development, project risk mitigation, internal controls and security. He has worked closely with client executives and Boards of Directors to provide insight and recommendations for large ERP transformation projects. Bob has provided litigation support for large multi-million dollar legal cases for trouble implementations where he shared his insights on large project success/failure criteria. Bob has also provided independent feedback and insights to his executive level clients on large business transformation projects including areas such as overall readiness, implementation strategy, development methodology, service provider selection, outsourcing strategy, project governance and structure and improvement planning.Graduated Villanova University with a BSBA in Finance and regularly serves as a guest instructor. Attended executive development programs at Insead Business School in France and the Anderson School at UCLA.
