Project Executive

Tampa, Fl, Us

Regional Director - Skanska Integrated Solutions

Current

Stockholm, Se

Skanska provides project management services through an in-house group known as Skanska Integrated Solutions (SIS). SIS has a 30+ year track record serving as an “extension of staff” to governmental, educational, healthcare, cultural, non-profit, and corporate clients. SIS excels at overseeing construction programs with multiple, concurrent projects that are at different stages of development and that are widely divergent in terms of size, scope, and technical complexity. What makes SIS unique is that it is an integral part of a highly respected construction company that has immense credibility in the local design and construction marketplace. As a project manager with a builder’s background and mindset, we outperform firms that do not build and offer a noticeably higher level of involvement and engagement. Our unique capabilities enable us to find innovative ways to reduce costs, validate contractor pricing, uphold the highest level of quality on construction sites, get ahead of potential quality and schedule issues, solve problems quickly to keep projects in motion, fill “integration” gaps between contractors and vendors, and, in general, to reduce our clients’ risks to an absolute minimum. This strongly differentiates our firm from the competition.
