My role encompasses a variety of responsibilities that ensure our members receive the highest quality of coaching and support.Key Responsibilities:- Strength and Conditioning Classes: Deliver comprehensive and engaging strength and conditioning classes tailored to various fitness levels.- Daily Training Planning: Organize and plan daily training sessions, ensuring a well-rounded and effective workout regime for all members.- Skills Instruction: Teach and refine technical skills in weightlifting movements, gymnastics movements, and high-intensity cardio exercises.- Performance Monitoring: Assess and monitor the progress of athletes, providing personalized feedback and adjustments to their training plans.- Strength and Conditioning Classes: Deliver comprehensive and engaging strength and conditioning classes tailored to various fitness levels.
