Successfully managed the coordination and communication of the value engineering and design-build approach to construction with owners and Sub Contractors. It was also my responsibility to prepare monthly Owner pay applications. As the General Superintendent, I supported, trained and managed multiple Field Superintendents to insure projects were completed efficiently and with high quality. I also produced and monitored project schedules and reviewed and coordinated all design and shop drawings. FIELD SUPERINTENDENT (April 2000 to August 2006)Responsible for coordination and communication with owners and Sub Contractors. In this role, I assisted the Project Manager in acquiring Sub Contractor bids, making Sub Contractor selections, checking and coordinating shop drawings and design drawings. I also scheduled all Sub Contractors and materials at the site, responded to field questions, produced and updated the project schedule while monitoring the quality and performance of all crafts on the job.
