I am co-chaiir of the Advisory Board currently. I co chair meetings of the board and work with development staff to introduce potential donors to Scripps Clinic.

I set the agendas for board meetings, chair the meetings and represent the foundation to the community through speaking engagements and attendance at non profit events.

This is one of the largest committees in the ABA. Over the years I have been a contributing participant to the publications of the committee including the Model Stock Purchase Agreement, the Model Asset Purchase Agreement, the Model Joint Venture Agreement, Manual on Acquisition Review and The M&A Process. I continue to be active on the Programs Committee.
