I am a workman's compensation claim adjuster. Once a claim comes in we handle all aspects of the claim. We determine the compensability after an investigation. Once a claim is accepted we manage the disability until the injured worker is able to return to work. Once all treatment is complete we settle the claim is appropriate. The Clayton office handles five different jurisdictions.
