As Chief Information Officer (CIO), Bob oversaw technology issues for a startup internet technology company, Net Ventures, including its Healtheheart.com and MedicineAvenue.com web portals. Bob developed the initial online Cardiovascular Disease Management Knowledge Based System and all its aspects and components, including an online product catalog for medical equipment. Set IT budget for applications and solutions and ensured HIPPA compliance. Bob was responsible for all Web site and technology components, including technology business partner relationships.

As a performance analyst and auditor in charge, I performed professional work in all areas of performance auditing, program justification, and evaluation reviews. Responsible for applying performance auditing, business, management, and social science research methods to the review and analysis of public policy, public programs, and their management to evaluate their impact, effectiveness, and operating efficiency. I made recommendations that were implemented, saving taxpayers money and improving the efficacy of state agency operations, in some instances by 100%. I also assisted with staff development and technical services for the professional staff of approximately 100 people.
