Functions, including accounting, as well as many contract services such aslandscaping, lot sweeping, pool maintenance, general maintenance. Prima was responsible for the oversight of Owner’s Association know as Scottsdale Shadows. This included their nine-hole executive Golf Course. Additionally we handled other specialty management projects such as Pavilion Lakes Golf Course. As managing partner I was responsible for the oversight of all daily functions, through the on-site managers, for each project and functioned as the liaison for our company with the different municipalities for our development & construction projects. Supervised the third-party leasing listings on our properties and was responsible for our in-house leasing and renewal efforts.

Responsible for the oversight and operation of all contract services, including property management, leasing, tenant improvement & construction oversight. Managed office, industrial and retail projects for third-part clients with long-term relationships with Principal Capital Group. Worked with brokers, lawyers, architects and owners to coordinate, facilitate and obtain maximum value for the clients asset.

Managed the Phoenix regional office for this California based property managementcompany. Supervised a staff of 10 employees and a portfolio of 5million square feet, consisting of office, retail and industrial

Responsible for all daily operations and management of a 10-person staff responsible for the management and disposition of a 64 asset portfolio of retail shopping centers and office buildings located in three (3) states. Primary contact with the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) in the oversight, management and disposition of the portfolio.

Account/Asset manager for mixed commercial portfolio valued at $100 million including industrial, retail, officeand specialty properties including hotel and golf course.

, Broker responsibilities included initial lease-up of over 500,000 square feet of Retail properties in the Phoenix/Mesa area. Duties included contacting potential tenants,contract negotiations, design coordination and construction of tenant improvements. Twice named Salesperson of the month in 1989 for leasing productivity.
