Initially contracted to upgrade cost accounting, GL and budget systems. Upon completion in 3 months was hired direct by this Private Equity owned business as CFO. Furthered growth initiatives including reducing cost, improving yields and increasing profitable sales leading to bonus payouts in following years. Promoted to GM. As part of Atlantic Premium Brands, Ltd. JC Potter is a well known, highly respected food manufacturer serving Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana and surrounding areas.
