The key delivery was for the introduction of the € in Jan 99 and involved coordination of the Central Banks, SWIFT and other suppliers. The project had an immovable end date. All Banks went live on time. From 2006 Bob has been the Director for projects at the Central Bank of Iran. These are for RTGS, Government Securities Settlement and ACH which have all been successfully implemented.
