Responsible for managing sales for Bison's line of engineered roof deck support pedestals and Brazilian Hardwood tile pavers. After a realignment of regions for 2019, new territory management now encompasses the North and East Central US markets including the Ohio Valley, Washington DC, Baltimore and Virginia.The Bison system of pedestals and hardwood deck tiles is designed to create versatile, unique, outdoor spaces and rooftop environments for commercial and residential projects across multiple sectors including, but not limited to, multi-family, multi-use, high-rise, mixed use, government, health-care, higher education, outdoor plazas and residential spaces.

Responsible for vendor and inventory management and their respective product lines representing diverse categories of Specialty and Commodity lumber products that support an expanding Wholesale Distribution and remanufacturing facility covering five Western states. At the front end of the merger transition, streamlined and consolidated duplicate and overlapping product lines for a more efficient use of assets for both inventory management, sales and operations. Negotiated and developed new product lines and programs with previously established, as well as new, vendor contacts.Reviewed, evaluated and assessed the previously established commodity lumber product line. Developed new processes and vendor relationships to create efficiencies in the commodity program by establishing a random length (market based) price matrix for all commodities, negotiating item specific purchases to mitigate downside market risk and increase turns and GMROI. Responsible for all Corporate Purchasing, vendor and inventory management functions across multiple wholesale specialty building material locations. Additional responsibilities include managing inbound transportation functions and a sales region.
