Technology Development Area Manager
CurrentLead global team of IT professionals overseeing wide suite of Enterprise wide tools, platforms and solutions.Responsible for strategic formulation, collaboration with business and technology partners, development and implementation, growth; and manage an overall annual IT budget of $25MM++. Partner closely with business partners throughout the enterprise (SVP and EVP levels) to ensure solutions meet current and future business needs. Support business partners, as well as other CIO/technology organizations that may use these services and platforms to provide solutions to their own business partners. Portfolio under management includes:ITSM Tools and Services - Asset, Configuration Management (CMDB), Change Management, Incident/Problem Management, Root Cause, Service Level Management and IT Service Desk ToolsPMO and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Tools - Project Management Universal Workstation, Development/Deploy Tools, Source Code Management Tools, Testing Tools and Requirements Management ToolsAdditionally lead an Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) Center of Excellence (COE) defining enterprise governance and operational best practices of Cloud and Third Party Hosted solutions. Key focus on Salesforce.com.
