It provides easy to follow, life-saving instructions in English and Spanish on how to properly administer Naloxone, a medication used to treat opioid overdose in an emergency situation.Obtained $760K in funding and a $250,000 “Advanced Industries” Grant from the State of Colorado OEDIT in 2016.RxAssurance was accepted as a candidate for the DreamIt Health 2017 program and was also selected as a top twenty startup out of 600 as part of MedTech Innovator Accelerator Competition (2017).Personally realized a successful buy out and exit in 2019.

Brought in by a Venture Capital firm, Infield Capital, to rebuild a technology based company. Restructured the company and hired a great team, established a lead investor in place, and finalized patented technology. Received a commitment from a significant player in the power MOSFET industry to produce power devices using the BASiC 3C produced 3C Silicon Carbide (3C SiC) substrates. These 3C SiC substrates enable new price/performance leading devices utilized in Power Electronics including advanced power trains in the Hybrid transportation industry.Applied and presented the company capabilities and was awarded a $250,000 Grant from the Colorado Organization of Economic Development and International Trade as part of the Advanced Industries Accelerator Program.
