I enjoy helping B2B SMEs to scale up. In the 24 years of my exec career since Oxford and Mckinsey, I drove substantial growth in four SaaS and information businesses, three of them through highly successful exits.Two were start-ups which as Sales Director I grew to £5m and £9m respectively and through trade sales. As MD of the third, I turned around a software testing division of NCC plc, increasing sales from £8m to £13m in two years. I was CEO of the fourth, Capital Economics, which grew from £16m to £24m sales with a £95m exit to private equity.Now I help several businesses as a non exec Chairman, Director, advisor and/or investor.
