As a software developer with one year of experience, I work to create digital solutions enhancing the productivity of every Marine around me. I create applications to help with necessary tasks and functions of the unit. One of our apps is gaining traction for use across the Marine Corps because of the functionality. Working in an agile team, I translate the needs from stakeholders into projects and sprints while leading 3 Marines to develop, design, and test the code before implementation. I have my A.S. in Information Technology and I'm currently a full time student working towards my B.S. in Computer Science, with a tentative graduation date of February 2027. With a passion for cyber security, my aim is to develop software solutions geared toward security. I have a great understanding of OOP and Functional programming practices, through my experience with Python, Rust, and familiarity of Java. I am actively learning on LinkedIn C# and would like to bring my skills into the industry with a SkillBridge or Internship!
