At Elbit America, a US company serving the DoD, DHS, commercial aviation, and medical diagnostics markets, I help grow the company, leading and managing the front-end which includes integrating and aligning business development, marketing, strategy, corporate development, and strategic communications. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, I help lead and manage this diversified A&D company which provides mission-critical products and services through multiple lines of business.

In this senior executive leadership role, I had multiple responsibilities: I led business development at Exelis; provided enterprise business leadership for two divisions; and I was also the senior executive for Air Force programs for the corporation. As one of 4 main functions under the SVP for Strategy and Business Development at Exelis HQ, I led the team which comprised executives focused on all the DoD Services as well as the civil agencies. Additionally, I have enterprise business responsibilities at corporate for development and execution of the three-year strategic plan and annual operating plan for orders, revenue, and OI for the Geospatial, ISR, and Analytics ($~700-900M), and Aerostructures Composites (~$100-150M) business areas. As the lead of Air Force programs for the company, I set strategic direction, marketing and strategic communications messaging, and coordinate business development for the domestic and international air force programs. As such, I was responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships at the senior levels of the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Air Force, and the air service staffs of our allies -- also interface on aviation matters with other U.S. government agencies, and the focal point for coordinating interface with these customers. For the approximately $900M Air Force program portfolio, I led the Exelis Air Force Business team working across and with the divisions to integrate, oversee, and expand business in the Air Force and other aviation-related programs.
