I founded Landmark Regions in 2009 to help UK Accountants with their marketing and selling of tax services to new and existing clients, having built and sold my own practices. Three years later, I launched Fee Builder followed by copy-writing and content services and this year on 1.3.23 we launch Prospect Builder which is all about building prospect pipelines and conversion to new clients. Although my major work commitment is to our Landmark Fee Builder program, I still felt it was important to keep my toe in the water and manage a small number of client tax and business affairs. The Swan Partnership is my vehicle for this endeavour. Supporting individuals and business owners is the keystone of the work I do across all my current business interests. Maintaining current tax knowledge and staying in touch with the problems faced by business owners in the real world helps me to stay grounded in their concerns rather than drifting into a theoretical relationship.

When the money laundering regulations were first introduced – from 2002 - I forged a professional relationship with David Winch FCA, who in the fullness of time has grown to be one of the foremost, and informed, commentators on MLR (Money Laundering Regulations) issues in the UK. He is a much sought after forensic accountant and is a regular commentator on Accounting Web. We formed MLRO Support Ltd to provide accountancy firms with second opinions on specific MLR concerns and in-house training. We have also collaborated with Giles Mooney of PTP Training to produce a cost-effective online training process for practitioners and their staff.
