Provides over-site and collaboration with legal counsel and procurement offices in regards to vendor agreements to ensure they are in the best interests of the CSU System and institutions and abide by federal, state and local laws. Other responsibilities include collaboration and implementation of administrative IT systems at the CSU System level, including Financial, Student and Human Capital Management systems. This position works directly with the System Chief Information Officer, project managers, and other functional leaders at the System campuses to ensure projects meet the requirements set forth by the System Chancellor and the Board of Governors, and are completed on-time and within the established budget.
