Responsible for teams supporting multiple product lines over the 4 year timeline ranging from Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment to Advanced Customer Service applications for Cable, Satellite and Telephony services. Responsible for systems design, automation, and deployment for Unix and Windows Operating systems, SAN/WAN storage systems and Networking. Lead on ACSR code distribution system - system designed to meet continued multi-platform and scalability needs. Recognized with CSG highest Award for Excellence in 1997 for the project.

Technical Lead and Systems Supervisor responsible for a seven person technical staff supporting configuration, administration, and maintenance of the Warrior Preparation Center's War-Gaming Systems. Provide system and network administration support through the effective use of software tools available for VMS and UNIX based operating systems. The WPC datacenter was comprised of a large-scale, mixed-interconnect VMS Cluster containing Digital VAX systems coupled with arrays of high-speed disk storage. This computing core is integrated with numerous UNIX servers, workstations, Xwindow terminals and associated peripherals that share a multifaceted, dynamic LAN/WAN network. This composite network employs satellite, microwave, and terrestrial telecommunications systems to extend Ethernet networks, video teleconferencing, and PBX services enabling worldwide War-Game simulations.
