Part preparation: cleaning, grinding, sanding welds and sand blasting. Scheduled all aspects from start to finish, ordered supplies/materials, handled employees and met job requirements and deadlines. • Manager of the Screen Printing Department – Designed all the artwork and prepared it for output to the screens. Made the screens and screened the images onto the finished parts.
