I currently help Credit Unions develop and deliver a series of Payment Protection products to protect the Borrower and Credit Union in the event of a financial loss as well as assist the Credit Union in growing their non-interest income. These products are specific and unique to each Credit Union. The borrower benefits by having a protected loan that is designed with the Credit Union's experience and the Credit Union benefits from the income stream of a more profitable loan.as well as reduced collection efforts and potential Charge Offs.I assist Credit Unions evaluate their current remote, consumer facing processes and identify ways to improve operational efficiencies and reduce overall costs while allowing the Credit Union to re-deploy existing staff to better improve F2F and remote distrobution channels distribution channels.I have successfully managed a sales force over a 13 state territory to help Credit Unions increase loan volume as well as increase overall lending related income levels through generating additional interest and non-interest income for the CU.Specialties: I have been working in the Financial Services industry and specifically Lending, since 1992. I been involved in every step of the lending process: Soliciting for a loan; Taking an application; Working it up for approval (including verification of application data); Approving; Funding; Closing; Collections; Repossessions; Bankruptcy proceedings; and Charge Off.My experience in Lending has helped me in understanding the loan processes within the financial instutition and develop programs, processes and proceedures to make each loan as profitable and as secure as possible.
