Senior Project Manager for a highly visible program reporting to global C-Level executives to consolidate and upgrade technologies, infrastructure and applications from multiple data centers and domains in the US to the UK. • Migrate all US users to an upgraded Cisco Call Manager and a Redbox call recording systems.• Win10 VDI’s and images were built to replace all desktops and laptops in the US. All client applications were inventoried, packaged and tested. New and upgraded technologies were included; upgraded MS Office and Outlook and Cisco Jabber as a new Unified Communications platform. Other supporting components included new Carbon Black endpoint security and Global Relay messaging/email archiving.• Server upgrades (OS and hardware) along with migrations to a single enterprise data center.• Vendor management; onshore and offshore.
