Responsible for all aspects of dealership accounting and finance for a regional chain of ten dealerships. Duties include financial reporting, debt management, consumer finance, and tax reporting. Work directly with and for the chain owners.

Responsible for the financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting for a network of 130 company-owned boat dealerships. Manage White River Financial Services (WRFS), the consumer finance company within Bass Pro. WRFS provides consumer financing for boat purchases for over 200 White River Marine Group boat dealerships. Work extensively with the entire management team, including results and forecast reporting to the Company President. Use of core company systems, including IBM Cognos and TM1 reporting and budgeting systems, SQL data reporting and Microsoft Excel

Responsible for the financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting for a manufacturing subsidiary of Nortek, Inc. with over 300 employees in four locations. Supervised all accounting functions with responsibility over monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and analyzing key performance indicators and pricing of custom product. Special projects include implementing Microsoft Dynamics Axapta ERP system, establishing all requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance, implementing kanban inventory, consolidating functions with sister plant as part of a merger to eliminate two positions, and integrating product manufacturing cost for product lines from sister facilities.

Responsible for the financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting for a manufacturing unit of ITT Industries with approximately 140 employees. Special projects include compressing the closing cycle, implementing fixed asset software, and support of union contract negotiations.

Responsible for the financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and planning for a manufacturing division of Litton Industries with up to over 1,000 employees world-wide. The Division had locations in Missouri, Massachusetts, Scotland and China. Part of the executive team working regularly with operations and marketing to guide the business through the growth and contraction cycles inherent in the electronics industry.Special projects include integration of new and existing foreign operations into the reporting and planning structure (Hyperion Enterprise software), general ledger implementation, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance documentation and Kronos time & attendance implementation.

Responsible for the financial analysis, cost accounting, budgeting and planning for a manufacturing division of Litton Industries. Special projects include redesign of cost accounting methodology and reporting and implementation of fixed asset software.

Supervision and performance of financial audits for divisions of this predominantly military and aerospace corporation with annual revenue of approximately $3.5 billion. Audits include compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies and procedures and Federal government contracting rules and regulations. Responsible for performance of audit work, interface with top management and outside auditors, preparation of reports and presentations, job administration and supervision of up to three staff. Special projects included automation of data collection, analysis and reporting and acquisition and divestiture audits.

Supervision and performance of audits for a variety of clients, including manufacturing, retail, government contracting and service industries with gross revenues ranging from $500 thousand to $1.5 billion. Responsible for performance of audit work, financial reports, job administration and supervision of up to four staff. Special projects included accounting software package selection and implementation, EDP control reviews and operational consulting.
