Responsible for a complex SI contract win for MDS with Fujitsu. The solution included MDS’s propriety innovative CRM solution CMP (Customer Management Platform) plus online capability for Post Office’s end Customer’s. Responsible for a successful contract win with eircom in Dublin. MDS's Managed Service deal encompassed all of MDS’s solutions including MDS’s propriety CRM platform (CMP - Customer Management Platform) plus MDS’s Billing Analytics software for their end customers.Sales Team management throughout entire sales lifecycle.

During this period I managed all of MDS's accounts at one time or another. This included BT, Vodafone, Telefonica and ACN. Major highlights included......Solely responsible for the successful contract win to Telefonica UK of MDS’s online customer management solution. This was a complex offering for Telefonica UK which was delivered via MDS's Managed Service function.American Communications Networks (ACN) was an existing MDS customer and had been using MDS propriety billing and CRM software for approximately 10 years. Solely responsible for winning the 5 year licence contract for MDS. This software allowed ACN to use MDS’s latest call centre solutions including CMP (Customer Management Platform) and online capability that allowed heir consumer customers to view and pay their bills.Responsible for significant contract extension with Telefonica UK which cemented MDS’s position as the preferred partner in the supply of billing and CRM capability to TUK's corporate and SME customer base. MDS's propriety software CMP (Customer Management Platform) continues to be at the heart of TUK's billing capability.
