• Site Manager in Tuscaloosa for a 116,000 square foot Injection Molding, Reaction Injection Molding and Assembly operation with direction from Senior Management of Nissan Supplier Restructuring Group (NSRG) based out of Franklin, TN• Responsible for all Key Performance Indicators supplying Cockpit Module, HVAC and Front End Module components to Nissan and Calsonic Kansei North America with 232 active part numbers and 30 suppliers • Coordinated information flow between interested parties and conducted transition activities while preparing operations for the eventual sale to the new Nissan supplier, Faurecia (May 1, 2010)• Reduced daily Scrap Costs by 50% in a two month period along with Controlling Over Time and Inventory Levels with a newly established Manufacturing/Inventory Management Plan • Established new Safety Audit System to have Fast Identification and Resolution to potential issues• Coordinated transition of 100 hourly and 20 salaried employees from Visteon to MSXI and on to one of four final full-time employers with the sale of the LaVergne /Smyrna assembly facilities • Responsible for two facilities in LaVergne and Smyrna, TN handling assembly, sequencing and warehousing with 100 hourly and 27 salaried employees supplying bulk and sequenced assemblies to the Nissan Smyrna Assembly Plant• Responsible for performance in safety, quality, human resources, production as well as financial performance while reporting to the Associate Director of North American Interiors for Visteon• LaVergne facility was over 100,000 square feet and handled over 700 active part numbers with 135 suppliers• Smyrna Cock Pit Module line operated within Nissan Smyrna Assembly Plant and was limited to 11,000 square feet while handling 375 part numbers in a Just In Time environment• Over 1100 days with no lost time accidents and less than 7 PPM to the customer with over 80,000 units shipped when the facility was purchased by Haru Holdings LLC a Nissan Subsidiary
