If you love what you do, you never work a day in your life; I don't want to work another day in my life. I have been developing software for the last 20+ years from Learning Management systems to custom online portals with tons of concurrent users. I've designed solutions. I've worked with the business. I've written more queries than I can count. I've been down in the weeds and have spent days at a white board looking down at the 20,000-foot view. And though I've experienced the gamut, I think my place is leading the team that is creating the software.Having a team that performs is key. In my experience, building and maintaining that team is something that I do well. With development, it is easy (especially with remote workers) to feel disconnected and not feel part of a team. I excel at building camaraderie and loyalty so teams can move through Tuckman's stages and become that performing team that makes it look easy.I was your typical developer -- lights off/headphones on -- just cranking out code. And as the business grew, we promoted from within. I rode that wave up until VP but sometimes when companies do that you get managers that don't have that "manager gene." I do. I get it – both from the development side and the business side. With certifications for Scrum Master and Scrum Product Onwer, I can speak tech and I can speak demand – all with an eye toward giving the customer what they need and not necessarily what they asked for. Leading that team is the place where I belong - building the things that need to be built. To do that hard work that's worth doing – paraphrasing Teddy Roosevelt. If you're in need of a motivated leader in the realm of software development, don't hesitate to contact me.Certifications: Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Certified Salesforce Platform App Developer, Certified Salesforce AdministratorI'm looking forward to speaking with you.
