SharePoint Implementation- Established a SharePoint site that will be able to handle over 3 million documents per year using metadata and structured content. Established this as a template and migrated over 32 clients. Created a Python loading process for multiple document types using a JSON config file for loading. Coordinated work between SharePoint, Account Management and Reporting to make this a success, Also managed and led the migration of 26 clients from Box to SharePoint. Knowledge Management- Worked in the solution for combining Job Aids into useful Knowledge Management Articles. Utilized metadata to link with our call center application and create a dynamic solution based on where a user is in the system. Electronic Prior Authorization (ePA)- Led the rollout for Medicare Part D, Virginia and other clients, escalating our ePA generated call equivalents to over 1,000 per day. Establishment of this reduced time spent on calls by several headcountFirst Trax- Managed an application in providing prior authorizations for 18 State agencies against Pharmacy Point-of-Sale platforms that process over 150 million claims. Current base is 1000+ users with a concurrent load of 430 users. Trax is a web based application with a Service Oriented Architecture which provides an integration point for other applications, IVR and voice recognition software. Built an Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana solution, serving as a dashboard on application performance. WebLogic Administration- Maintain the application server environment, keeping 75 production and development applications up and running across 54 virtual servers.Other accomplishments: Architecture- Managed several data architects, working on Enterprise Data Warehouse development and other Data Architecture projects.New York Preferred Drug Program- Served as Systems Manager, communicating with the New York Department of Health on any technology issues in providing prior authorization service for the State.

Worked primarily in Oracle, using a CGI product that made PL/SQL stored procedure calls to dynamically create web pages. Received Employee of the Month Honors for December 2000.
