Career Profile:Throughout my dynamic career, I have had the privilege of guiding and mentoring countless individuals towards finding their next great job. My journey began as an auditor before transitioning to Metropolitan Structures, where I became their first professional HR executive. This role allowed me to design and refine a sophisticated HR service delivery model.I then joined Jones Lang LaSalle, a global real estate firm, where I was tasked with moving to Singapore to lead the Asia Pacific Region's HR team. My efforts there were focused on building a robust HR infrastructure. Later, my career took me to Las Vegas, where I held key HR positions at The Venetian and Boyd Gaming. My final role was with John I. Haas, as VP of HR for this major global hop company.Today, I am the President of my own company, HR Transitions.
