As President of eBWS Health Care Division I successfully established the health care branch for this nationally based solutions provider. We built services ranging from A3 analysis, project management teams specializing in healthcare; operational and information flow analysis, setting up offshore positions for companies needing to utilize alternative workforces. At Tricium I used this experience with its healthcare clients on Technology Platforms, Process Flow, Work Flow Analysis, and other opportunities that go right to the core of a company’s success. Our unique approach to BPM, A3 Analysis, Project Analysis, Management, and other techniques brought about lasting changes enhancing my clients’ bottom lines. I was the CIO for one of the country’s leading health care data management enterprises where I oversaw all IT activities and the operations staff responsible for medical record retrieval. I streamlined the business, applied technology to enhance communication between the organization and hospitals, clinics, and doctors’ offices. As CEO for DecisionTrac, a fact-gathering organization specializing in hands-on and automated data retrieval, real-time analytics, and Web dynamic client reporting systems he introduced technology increasing the speed of data in the field to instantaneous analytics.I served as the CIO for Managed Health Network, a subsidiary of Foundation Health. At MHN, I implemented changes in process and technology dramatically improving quality to clients and their associated members.
